Once the truck has arrived to the yard and is loaded with the corresponding materials, it's time to upload the documentation (invoice, B/L, weight certificate and photos).
Click on "LOAD TRUCK" from the left menu:
Please fill the information as described and click on UPLOAD:
Carrier: select the ticket number, from the corresponding Carrier.
ex.: ticket number 28 from carrier Transportes Test.
IMPORTANT: please make sure that you select the correct ticket number. This information must be specified by the carrier or truck driver.
Depot: select the final destination , ex.: Guerrero
Invoice date
Invoice number
Invoice file: upload pdf file from your pc
Weight certificate: upload pdf file from your pc
B/L: upload pdf file from your pc
Photos: upload pdf file from your pc
Click on UPLOAD.
The new status will be INVOICED:
TPL: the carrier doesn't have a CONFIRMED trip ID so it can`t be found on TPL menu. Please contact Transamerica administrator.
TPL: the carrier has at least one CONFIRMED trip ID but it can`t be found on TPL menu. Please contact soporte@sincropool.com, indicating Trip ID number.
File replacement: if you need to replace the selected file during the loading process, please place your mouse over the file name, and click on de trash bin icon.
4. Uploaded file replacement: if you need to replace an uploaded file, please send the new file to Transamerica administrator via mail indicating Trip ID number.
