A new window will open where you have to specify:
Quantity: number of trucks needed. The number can go from 1 to 10, this means that in one single ticket several trucks can be requested.
Home Depot.: deposit/yard where the truck/s must go.
Comments: any information related that the assigned Carrier should be aware off in order to correctly accomplish the request.
Once the request is confirmed, a new ticket is created with PENDING status.
PENDING: this status means that the request was correctly created and is awaiting confirmation from a carrier, so the service can be performed.
Once the service is confirmed by a carrier, the new status is CONFIRMED and you'll receive an email notification.
CONFIRMED: this status means that the truck request was confirmed by a carrier. You'll receive the carriers name and an estimated arrival time.
When confirming the service, the carrier indicates an estimated arrival date and time of the truck.
A ticket stays as PENDING for several days. Please contact soporte@sincropool.com indicating the trip ID number and attach a screenshot.
