The system will alert the carrier via mail that the scrap supplier placed an order.

The carrier will have to accept the request through the dashboard, clicking on the corresponding button. Until the carrier accepts the request, the status will be PENDING.

Accept request

In case of accepting the request, the carrier must specify an estimated arrival date and time of the truck. This date should be within the next 48 hs.

IMPORTANT: please inform the Trip ID to the assigned truck driver. It will be requested by supplier when loading the truck.
